It’s my 4th visit to this rental home. The home is kept in great condition and very clean. Location is the best for the parks, especially Disney. Love the hours of fun in the pool, jacuzzi and games room with my family. The owner responded very quickly to my questions. I’ll definitely be back for my 5th visit!

We loved the villa, an easy ride from the airport located in a private gated resort and so near to all the Disney attractions and shopping malls. Spacious for 6 of us with modern decor and spotlessly clean. Stunning pool and games room the children loved, and relaxing jacuzzi for the adults. We could have spent all of our time at the villa. I enjoyed the direct access from master bedroom directly to the sunny pool for an early morning swim without disturbing the children. Enjoyed a fun birthday meal at the nearby Outback restaurant. We will return!

This is not the first time we have enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this villa and would not consider looking elsewhere. The villa is on a good estate with club facilities but we mainly enjoyed chilling in the pool or playing in the games room. The villa is extremely clean with all amenities you need and more. Carol is always very helpful with any enquires and to help you enjoy your holiday to the maximum, which we certainly do.

We had an amazing holiday. The villa is beautiful. So light and airy. Spotlessly clean. Lovely big bedrooms. Living space opens out onto a great size pool and jacuzzi. It’s a brilliant social area with table and chairs for outside eating. The owners have left comprehensive folders on things to do and places to eat, which is a great help if you don’t know the area. The complex is very quiet and peaceful and yet really close to a vast number of activities. So it’s a great balance of easy access full on fun, with tranquillity at the villa. We look forward to rebooking as soon as we are able.

The property manager communicates quickly and is responsive to the guest's needs. The facilities are as advertised. The location is great for access to the theme parks. There is nothing quite like having a spacious home with pool after the day's activities are done. We felt safe and secure, in this gated community, and would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Emerald Island Resort. It was so good to leave the madness of the parks behind and return to the villa in Emerald Island Resort. Excellent service!! Thanks again Carol for making sure everything is 100%. We travel every year to Orlando with our son for medical reasons. We used to stay in hotels. Nothing compares to this beautiful house which is in perfect condition. My son loved the pool. The neighborhood is extremely beautiful and close to the theme parks. Excellent security by the gate. So we could walk around at night with no fear. I asked for heated water in the pool on arrival, and management company replied to me in minutes. From the beginning to end, this was a great experience. Carol was very responsive to questions. The villa was exactly what we were looking for and needed. The pool and jacuzzi felt great and it was nice having some inflatable toys to play with. Everything was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

This Disney trip was a present to our daughter, son in law and 2 grandchildren, so we were a party of 6. The villa was perfect, good size bedrooms, large living area and the grandchildren loved the pool, which was great to chill out in, after all the Disney walking! The villa has everything you need, we would book this again if we return as a family. That's why I have given it 5*s.

Very clean, comfy beds and sofas, loads of space, brilliant air con, loved the pool, jacuzzi, pool table and air hockey was a fun bonus. Loved being able to relax here after a fun day at the parks - in fact some days our kids wanted to chill here rather than go out! A real treat to stay here.

The villa met all our expectations and had everything we could possibly want. It is in an excellent location, a short drive up to the main road and a wide range of restaurants, 10 minutes from Walmart and from the Disney theme parks. The approach to the Emerald Island Resort is very attractive. The villa was comfortable and well furnished. Having a private pool was a bonus. especially with a range of children's toys provided, as well as a high chair and cot. The owner was very helpful and responded promptly to all our queries.

The villa is close to the parks, but in a quiet location. It is well fitted out and has everything one could want. We were a party of 10, including 4 children, all of whom thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We would strongly recommend the villa as a relaxing family base whilst visiting the parks.

This is the best rental home we have stayed in. It's kept to a very high standard, very clean and I am fussy! It had everything we needed, just like home from home. The pool, jacuzzi and games room were a big hit with my family and it's so close to the parks and restaurants. We will definitely return to this home next time we visit.

This is our 5th visit to this lovely home. It now does feel like home from home. Each time my family visit, this home has some added upgrades and kept in excellent condition and very clean. Can't wait to return.

We booked this property on recommendation from a friend and were very glad we did. Plenty of space for the 8 of us (two families with teenage kids). Lovely environment, and all the facilities you need from bathing in the pool outside, to playing pool in the games room. Management company could not have done more for the couple of questions we had, and the owner was lovely, staying patient with all the questions we had up front, and providing lots of really useful information. Very close to local shops, restaurants and other amenities, and best of all, such an easy drive to the Disney Parks. Next time we go, we will definitely be staying here again.

Loved the home. It's beautiful and so well kept and clean, unlike some other rentals we have stayed in. This is the best of all the numerous rental homes we have stayed in over the years. It's very close to the parks, restaurants and shopping. The owner was so helpful and quick to respond to my queries and a pleasure to deal with. We also benefited from the gated resort and the conceirge desk which offered helpful advice for the area, directions and discount coupons.

This is fantastic home, fully equipped and furnished to a high standard. The location is perfect for the parks and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes drive. The pool area is ideal and includes a nice undercover area if you need to escape the sun for a while. The owner is an absolute pleasure, making booking a dream and helping with local information. All in all, a perfect holiday destination.

My family have stayed in several rental homes before but this home is by far the best. It's clean, bright and well looked after. Great location, so close to all the parks. The owner, Carol, was so helpful and made the booking process so easy and she checked I had everything I needed and gave us extra tips too. A great experience overall and we will definitely be returning. I can't rate this home highly enough!

Our family of 4 (2 kids, 13 and 15) have just returned from an amazing couple of weeks at Carol's villa. The villa has everything you need for a super vacation - couches to chill on after the parks, internet to satisfy teens being online, pool to cool down and if you want to cook the kitchen is fully decked out. We were too lazy to cook most of the time and made the most of access to some great local restaurants - Long live Long Horn, Chuys, Menchies etc.. The villa is fabulously located - very close to the Disney parks and there are several large supermarkets a short drive away. Also worth mentioning that the pool gets sun in the afternoon - a plus as not all the villas get the sun at that time of day (good for swimming after the parks). Carol was also super responsive and made the whole booking process really easy - now all we have to do is book our next trip!

This was my 1st time booking a vacation home. Carol was able to answer all of my questions and walked me through the booking process. I spent my birthday at this property with 3 other girlfriends. This property had more than enough room, modern kitchen appliances, updated electronics, games room, pool and jacuzzi. Grocery stores, restaurants, Walgreens, banks, nail salon are just a short drive away. This home is close to the parks. I look forward to spending my next birthday at your home.

Our family have just returned from a fantastic two weeks . The villa was a real home from home and we couldn't fault a single thing. Our two boys had an amazing time in the pool and games room , they were so upset to leave . This truly is what you would want from an Orlando villa, we have stayed in several different villas in the past and this was really the exception and Carol herself made all the process so easy, she couldn't do enough to ensure all questions covered . This was our first time to America as a family and this property is a true gem. The owner Carol could not have been more helpful from point of booking and always answered our questions quickly. It was great to get a phone call from Carol a few days before we left to check that we had all the information that we needed. The house itself is exactly as is shown in the pictures (and even mostly in our case, the sunshine). We are a family of six and the property was more than big enough. The house is very modern, clean and well decorated. The pool and games room were a real hit with the kids. Emerald Island resort is ideally located for all the parks and yet very quiet and secluded. It is also very close to restaurants and shops, which is really convenient after a long day out! I could not recommend this property enough!

We had an excellent holiday in this lovely villa, beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean and in a great location for all the Parks with restaurants and supermarkets nearby too. The kids loved the games room and the pool and it was a haven of peace and tranquillity after each day at one of the Parks for us. We would thoroughly recommend it for families. The Owner provided lots of really useful information including directions to the different Parks and details for flights and for Park tickets before we went, it made all those decisions so much easier ...

Second visit to Orlando; villa and location were perfect for our trip. Close to all the Disney parks and a shortish drive to Universal, the villa's location just south of the 192 is perfect. The villa itself was clean and well appointed, with the kids spending a ton of time in the pool and also making good use of the pool table. Only 5 of us but the villa could have comfortably held more. Owner also exceptionally helpful and friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

It definitely lived up to expectations. The close proximity of the house to the parks allowed us to take midday breaks from the hustle of the theme parks to cool off and relax in the pool. We had enormous fun in the games room when thunderstorms cancelled our night time plans. The beds were comfortable and there were ample sheets, towels, and kitchenware for our large family. The owners were very prompt in their communication and the check in information packet was all encompassing leaving no questions unanswered. The two weeks we spent at the house were very comfortable and already I'm missing the memories we made there. Thank you so much for renting it to us!

I went to Orlando for the first time with my children 6 and 9 and the house was fantastic! The boys loved the house and spent loads of time in the pool and fabulous games room. We have just enjoyed 2 weeks in this villa, which was clean, well equipped and in a great location for Disney/Universal attractions. The booking was easy and the information and help provided by the owner was great. The kids loved the pool, toys and the games room, which were great for down time in between the parks. Fantastic - this luxury villa was perfect for us - exactly what we needed for our first family holiday to Florida! My children (aged 8 and 11) just loved it and want to stay there again. The location is ideal - so close to the Disney Parks. The villa itself is so clean, well presented and maintained. The pool and jacuzzi are great to return to after a hot day at the parks, and are obviously very clean and well looked after. The beds were also very comfortable too. Would definitely stay there again if we return to Florida!

This Emerald Island Resort Home was completely amazing and looks exactly like the pictures. Being in the property management industry and knowing about rental scams, I was quite hesitant about renting a home and paying the full rate and deposit before arriving at the property. My first initial contact with the owner of the home was exceptional from day one. She clearly communicated what was required to rent the home and immediately responded to all of my concerns which allowed me to be at ease. When my family arrived, we immediately felt at "home away from home". I could not have asked for a better experience and I look forward to renting this magnificent home again in the near future!

"Having returned from spending nearly three weeks in Orlando we were all very pleased with our experience, in fact we liked it so much we want to return again and would only choose to stay at this villa which contained absolutely everything we needed - this beautiful villa had four double bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom. It was clean, spacious and everything worked. I have two daughters who played for hours in the swimming pool and jacuzzi and also as a family we spent lots of time in the games room. The villa was ideally located for restaurants, bars and more importantly the Disney theme parks. The outlet stores were also easily accessible and very cheap. The resort was quiet and felt very safe with security on the gate. The management company were available 24/7 to deal with any issues that may arise and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone I know and when we return, this is where we will choose to stay again. There is also a club house on the resort which has its own pool which we used along with the bar that served great cocktails - overall our experience was one we would love to repeat - we had an amazing holiday all helped by where we stayed and what we did". "We could not believe our luck when we first walked into the villa. The layout and decor is beautiful, it is well kept and you really have done everything possible to make it a great place to stay and call home for the holidays. My son could not believe his luck between the pool and the games room (complete with pool table and air hockey table) and sometimes it was a struggle to persuade him he might actually have as much fun at the theme parks!! Plus all the extra touches, such as baby buggies and travel cots, kitchen and bathroom essentials, DVDs and games etc are so thoughtful and really useful for the day where your feet just simply can't walk around another theme park! To add to that, all the support you provided beforehand with directions to local amenities and attractions, car hire and ticket purchase was so helpful. As for location, it really couldn't be more ideal. It seemed like we were only a few minutes from any of the parks - and never had a problem with traffic getting there either.
